1. Overview
This website and online store are operated by CORE Ski Apparel ("CORE", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store, placing an order, or using any of our products, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the store or purchase from us.

2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you are using the store with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. We do not verify ages; you are responsible for the accuracy of this confirmation.

3. Intended users of our products
All CORE products are designed, sized, and sold for teens and adults (ages 13 and up) in adult men's sizes XS–XL. Our products are not designed or intended for children 12 years of age or younger, and they should not be purchased for, given to, or worn by children 12 and under.

4. Use of our products and assumption of risk
Skiing, snowboarding, and other snow and outdoor activities carry inherent risks, including serious injury, cold exposure, and hypothermia. Our apparel does not prevent injury and is not protective or safety equipment. You are responsible for choosing clothing and gear suitable for the conditions, and you participate in any activity at your own risk.

Reflective stripes and prints on our products are a style feature only. They are not certified high-visibility or safety garments and must not be relied on to make you visible to vehicles, lift operators, or others.

Our pants include adjustable drawcords at the waist and cuffs. Keep drawcords tucked in and adjusted so they cannot catch on lifts, equipment, vehicles, or other objects. Inspect your products before use and stop using any product that is damaged.

5. Product information
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look different depending on your screen, and our photos may be taken under special lighting (for example, flash to show reflective details). Waterproof and breathability ratings are based on the fabric manufacturer's specifications under test conditions; real-world performance depends on use, conditions, wear, and care, and no garment is completely waterproof in every situation.

6. Orders, pricing, and availability
All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that contain a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

7. Returns and refunds

8. Billing disputes
If you have a problem with an order or charge, please contact us first at core.skiapparel@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it quickly. This does not limit any rights you have with your bank or card issuer.

9. Intellectual property
The CORE name, logo, designs, photos, videos, and other content on this site belong to CORE or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our store and products are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CORE and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or order.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CORE and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of our products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Your legal rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived or limited by contract. If you live in a country or state that does not allow certain exclusions or limitations, those parts apply only to the extent permitted.

14. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page; changes apply to orders placed after they are posted. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
